We work together with two top development agencies as well and gradually expand our inhouse development team. We develop our portals consistently iterative in an agile approach.

Since 2015 we are part of TERRITORY EMBRACE, the specialist in HR marketing and employer branding. Right in the middle of Bochum’s Bermuda3Eck in the heart of the Ruhrgebiet, we work day by day on creating and finding new ways in recruiting and we only take a break for an epic table soccer or air hockey tournament – or if there is cake.

Seven years after our launch we are market leader with our portals and we have over 60 employees. We are not a small internet booth anymore but a big player in the digital scene of the Ruhrgebiet – and we are still growing.
